– License Agreement
With Vestock Standard License, we want to make it easy for you to license our resources (items) for your projects appropriately.
- The Vestock Standard License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital work (Item) you have selected. Read the rest of this license for the details that apply to your use of the Item.
- You are licensed to use the Item to create unlimited End Products for yourself or for your clients and the End Product may be Sold, licensed, sub-licensed.
– License Summary
You Can:
- Use resources for personal uses and for client projects (commercial use).
- Use resources in multiple projects.
- Use resources to create one end product for sale (500 units max per one item)
An End product for sale is a digital or physical item intended for sale to more than a single person. E.g. You purchase a vector item and print it on t-shirts that you sell to multiple people and if your product will sell more than 500 unit, you should purchase this item alone or with any image pack to use it again, so each more 500 unit should purchase the item again.
- You may modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
You Can’t:
- Resell resources as stock images or digital downloads.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or share resources with any third party.
- Embed on 3rd party servers or platform.
- Include resources in a wider design/product where the resources can be extracted in its original form.
E.g.: Include a vector illustration in a design for sale where the illustration can be extracted as a vector element by new customers.
- Offer any purchased resources for free on your site or social page or whatever you offer it for free, you can’t do that.

By installing the fonts of Vestock Type Family, you are agreeing to the terms of this End-User License Agreement.
01- Ownership & Copyright
A. You have purchased a license to use the fonts software in your own scope of work. The license does NOT grant you an ownership of the fonts. The fonts are the intellectual property of the fonts’ respective designer/s, represented hereby Vestock Type Foundry. It is NOT an agreement for sale of the font software or any portion of it.
B. Except for your right to use the fonts software granted by this license, all other rights, title of the fonts software, related trademarks and trade names are owned and retained by Vestock Type Foundry. You acknowledge that the software is protected by the Copyright Laws of Egypt, the copyright and design laws of other nations, and by international treaties.
C. The fonts may not be copied or duplicated in any form except for backup purposes. You do NOT have the rights to sell, rent, lease, lent or sub-license the fonts to any other third party whatever the reason or relationship.
D. You are NOT allowed to open the fonts in any “font editor” application (like Fontlab, Fontographer, Glyphs, Robo- Font, and others) to modify the outlines of the letters or rename the fonts. Consequently you can NOT modify the fonts and resell them under a different name or design parameters. You may not convert or modify the original font software under any circumstance.
02 – Lawful Use
A. You are allowed to install the fonts on your own personal computers, or inside your company with maximum ( 3 ) employees – devices, if your team more than ( 3 ), you should purchase new License depend on the number of employees.
B. You are allowed to use the fonts ( desktop or web ) “personally” or in a “business venture” – your own – or – for only one client – and with each new customer must purchase a new license.
C. Not allowed to use the fonts in a product within Offered for sale such as (Application – Web template or other ..).
D. In order to transfer digital files to printing presses or other private computer networks, you are required to embed the Licensed Fonts in a secured read-only PDF format file. You are NOT allowed to package the fonts with digital files and give them to a third party unless they have purchased a Font License too. To minimize risks to your digital files and the final printed outcome, as well as for the protection of the licensed fonts, it is safer to send PDF files to any other third party.
E. If the fonts are used for the creation of a corporate identity for a third party company, the company should contact Vestock Type Foundry and purchase a “Corporate Font License Agreement” prior to its use publicly.
F. The Discloser may install the font software on a single file server for use on a single Local Area Network (LAN) only when the use of such fonts software is limited to the workstations and printers that are part of the licensed unit of which the server is part.
03 – Warranty & Liability
Vestock Fonts after downloaded onto your computer are not returnable or refundable. Fonts may be returned or exchanged only if they are defective and we are notified within 7 days of the order. If there is a problem with your order, let us know within 24 hours of purchase, and we will attempt to remedy the situation.
This agreement will be governed by International Laws. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

من فضلك اقرأ هذه الاتفاقية بعناية!
بإستخدامك خطوط Vestock, فأنت موافق على كل البنود الخاصة باتفاقية ترخيص الإستخدام.
– الملكية و حقوق الطبع والنشر
1- لقد اشتريت ترخيص لإستخدام خطوط Vestock في نطاق العمل الخاص بك. وهذا الترخيص لا يمنح لك ملكية الخطوط. ملكية الخطوط هنا راجعة لشركة Vestock. أى انها ليست اتفاقية ل بيع برمجيات الخطوط أو أي جزء منها.
2- باستثناء حقك فى استخدام الخطوط التى تمنحها تلك الرخصة, جميع الحقوق الاخرى مثل : اسم الخط, والعلامة التجارية وحقوق الملكية ل شركة Vestock, فانك تقر بان الخط محمى بموجب قوانين حقوق الطبع والنشر فى مصر, وفى الدول الاخرى, وطبقا للقوانين الدولية لحقوق الطبع والنشر.
3- لايجوز نسخ او تكرار الخطوط فى اى شكل باستثناء غرض النسخ الاحتياطى, ليس لديك الحق فى بيع او تأجير او استئجار او اقراض او ترخيص من الباطن لتلك الخطوط الى لعميل ( طرف ثالث – شركة ) ايا كان السبب او العلاقة.
4- لا يسمح لك بفتح الخطوط فى اى برنامج خاص ب ( تحرير – برمجة ) الخطوط مثل ( Fontlab, Fontographer, Glyphs, Robo- Font, and others) لتعديل المحارف او اعادة تسمية الخطوط, وبالتالى لا يمكنك تعديل الخطوط وبيعها تحت اسم مختلف, لا يجوز لك تحويل او تعديل برمجة المحارف الاصلية للخط تحت اى ظرف من الظروف.
– قانون الاستخدام
١- يسمح باستخدام الخطوط على الاجهزة الحاسوبية الخاصة بك بشكل فردى, او داخل شركتك بعدد اقصى لـ ( ٣ ) أفراد – أجهزة -, واذا كان العدد أكثر من ( ٣ ) يجب شراء ترخيص جديد حسب العدد الاجمالى للافراد التى سوف تستخدم الخط
٢- يسمح باستخدام الخطوط سواء العادى او الويب ” بشكل شخصى ” أو فى ” مشروع تجارى “- خاص بك – أو – لعميل واحد فقط -, ومع كل عميل جديد يجب شراء ترخيص جديد
( ٣- لايسمح باستخدام الخط داخل منتج معروض للبيع مثل ( تطبيق – قالب ويب او غيرها
(PDF) ٤- اذا أردت نقل ملفاتك الرقمية الى المطابع او شبكات الكمبيوتر الخاصة الاخرى, يجب تضمين الخطوط فى ملفات
قابلة للقراءة فقط, ولا يسمح لك بدمج تلك الخطوط مع اى ملفات رقمية وتقديمها لطرف ثالث الا اذا قام الطرف الثالث بشراء ترخيص من الخطوط, وذلك لحماية الخطوط وتكون اكثر امانا اذا كانت داخل ملف (PDF)
٥- اذا تم استخدام اى خط فى تصميم ” العلامات التجارية – الشعارات
لعميل ( طرف ثالث – شركة ), يجب على تلك الشركة التواصل معنا نحن شركة
( Vestock )
للحصول على ترخيص للخط قبل استخدامه علنا
٦- يسمح بتضمين الخط داخل ( المستندات ـ تطبيقات – اجهزة – تصاميم ) لكن بشكل لا يمكن تعديله او استخدامه او اخراجه من تلك الملفات يكون فقط للمشاهدة او القراءة, مثل ( الصور – المستندات او غيرها )

على جهازك لا يمكن ردها او استرجاعها الا اذا كانت بها مشاكل فى الاستخدام, ويتم اخطارنا فى غضون ٧ أيام من تاريخ الشراء, اذا كانت لديك مشكلة فى النظام الخاص بك, يرجى اخطارنا بعد ٢٤ ساعة من وقت الشراء, وسنحاول معالجة الامر معك
تخضع هذه الاتفاقية من قبل القوانين الدولية. فإنك تقر بأنك قد قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على الالتزام ببنود وشروط هذه الاتفاقية
If you have downloaded any resources (items) without paying (FREE) for an individual item or a Vestock image packs, you are governed by the free license. The free license grants you the exclusive right to use and incorporate these resources (items) in your personal or commercial projects under the following conditions:
- All uses of these free items must contain an attribution link back to Vestock.net or the specific item page of this resource/item.
- You may use this resource or adaptations of this resource in commercial or other projects for single-application or multi-user applications, however, if the application is multi-use (i.e. a commercial app or theme) then the attribution must be clearly visible on all pages or areas where the resource is used.
- You MAY NOT distribute or resell this resource, or its derivatives, and you may not upload this resource to other websites. All sharing of this resource must be done using a link to the Vestock item page.
